Yeah, that's all 100% true. He had a reputation for inviting (too-)young women over for parties. I believe it was a drug overdose that killed him, or at least that's what I heard from my friend's girlfriend, who was invited to one of those parties.

I'm also less certain on this than the other stuff, but I believe he lost his license for substance-related issues. I'll have to ask a couple people.
