I have developmental concerns about this kid if after two years they're still just toddling. By now the child should be able to kill AND walk.guns don’t kill people; this singular armed toddler does He's just part of a larger organization of preschool killers. The FBI thinks they've identified the kingpin of the outfit though. it’s either that or the writer didn’t do any real research
