Are people saying things like this from a different timeline or something? His book was popular around the 2016 election, but the tide quickly turned on him after that. Immediately there were criticisms of his book. He wasn’t “elevated” for very long.

The first time I saw one was at my city’s Starlight Parade last month. I love the Starlight Parade, why was that thing even in it? I’m not exaggerating much when I say this, but it kind of ruined the Starlight Parade.

You really have to see it in person. It looks like a dumpster in a 2000s video game with wheels. The first time I saw one was in the middle of the Starlight Parade, and I’m not kidding, it kind of ruined the parade.

Yep. A branch of my family – the Shannons & the Halls – were economically important and politically powerful in NJ in the Gilded Age. All sorts of misery. My 3rd-grt-grandfather had a bunch of suicides attempts, made the papers. Heck, even his portrait got heavily damaged in the mail. Truly cursed.

Dammit, the Starlight Parade last Saturday was the thing that took me out. There was two of them in that parade.
