Finally getting into "The Boys" (middle of S3 so far) and I'm astonished that anyone missed what it's critiquing or how it's doing it. Like it's been pretty obvious to me from, like, the first couple of episodes of Season 1 onward what ride I was signing up for.

This isn't an explicit subskeet about anyone or anything in particular, but it's interesting to me when a creator vents about how they allegedly can't build a following on Bsky, and when you look at their profile they're only following like 60 accounts, only dozen of which are even actively posting.

I saw a thread going around over the weekend that was asking people to list 4 films they "despise" and I really had to wrack my brain over it because I couldn't think of any?? Y'all ever have those weird vivid sex dreams that you wake up from and you're super weirded out and uncomfortable from? ... because last night I dreamed that I was having sex with a car.

There's a guy in the comment section who keeps saying people need to watch "Parking Wars" and I want to tell him that that show stopped airing over a decade ago but I don't know how to do that without sounding really mean and snarky.

I made the mistake of posting about this on facebook in our community group, and apparently this same church even towed a POLICE CAR out of their lot during a community event that just happened to overlap with their property a bit. Like am I wrong for thinking this is a bit much??

There's a new Evangelical church in our neighborhood & we found out they are super aggressive when it comes to folks parking in their part of a lot that adjoins with the adjacent businesses We accidentally parked in one of their spots and a tow truck was there within LITERAL MINUTES.

I think this would fix me.

Realizing a mutual I really liked blocked me at some point this week and falling to my knees crying in anguish like the end of planet of the apes

At this point I should just start my own labeler that is just 100% transparently vibes based.

I swear nothing makes me feel more out of touch than when I realize that the way I interact with lists/labelers is apparently different from how most people approach them. I like seeing the warnings, but I don't want to give someone the power to block/mute on my behalf. I can decide that for myself
