potatoes and cheese. gravy has to be gluten free. There are no premade reasonable vegan cheese curds that I can find, they all have garlic or almonds or some shit in it that I can’t have. But also sweet potatoes will never be a substitute for regular potatoes regardless. I’ll just be grumpy forever
