It particularly drives me mad when they claim AI allows disabled people into the industry...a large % of the arts industry (like me) ARE disabled, and work as freelance creatives in large part because we aren't accommodated in 'regular' work environments. AI is taking away our only available income.

This goes for absolutely any creative work. Word of mouth does more than pretty much any other avenue of promotion.

If you love a book, tell someone. Recommend it. Loan your copy. Send a link. Ask for it at your library. Word of mouth goes further than you think.

If you are against ai in art you have to be patience with artists! You have to give beginner artists time and not judge their mistakes! Let them work at their own pace and experiment. You have to encourage artist, especially beginner artists! And support indie artists!

I just read an article that said "Why is it taking so long for your favorite movies and tv series to air? Blame the writers and actor strikes" No I won't. I'm blaming that ✨single✨ motherfucker at the studio who makes $250 million dollars a year who's one job is supposed to make this shit happen.

the way I treat my art fight attacks is like some kinda mini university assignments where I give myself a limited amount of time yeah it's stressful, but it also forces me to learn and adapt

I don’t remember who posted it, but a couple of years ago I saw an artist say that they have a “no post” sketchbook that stays offline since I started mine I’ve felt myself loosen up and stop thinking about the gaze of others while drawing- I think it’s good for everyone to try
