I've seen that Firebird shooting brake at the GM Heritage Center before! First time I saw it I spent almost three hours with Ian Callum (former head of design for Jaguar, and responsible for some of the most gorgeous Aston-Martins) there in 2010ish, which was an unforgettable experience.

honestly, it happened completely randomly (I had an interview at his hotel, and the head of PR for Cadillac lived there (oh, Detroit!) and barged in, and he offered to let us wander around the Heritage Center as long as we liked to make up for it... my 45 minute interview became a 3 hour nerdfest

+1. That Trans Am is pretty rad! If I got to pick one fully restored classic car to own, it’d be a Volvo P1800ES, zero hesitation. petrolicious.com/articles/why... I mean just look at it. Volvo keeps doing styling tributes to it (480ES, C30, …) but original is best.
