Social media has brought me death threats, a lawsuit and a campaign to have me fired from my job.
If you’re popping in to call me a “stupid cunt,” I’m only going to notice long enough to block you and improve my timeline.

Whoa, hang on. Making a joke that every Irish-American not only would get*, but would find funny is one thing. But rooting for the Chiefs? Hey, gotta' draw the line somewhere.
*So much of this reminds me of a line from Mike Barnacle when he wrote for the Boston Globe. "Irish Alzheimer's is when you forget everything but a grudge."
