Apparently Joe Biden can abolish the supreme court too. Just ask Carl Schmitt. “Sovereign is he who decides on the state of exception,” he wrote in 1922 (Political Theology).

I don’t think the Dems have the courage to do anything but milquetoast maneuvers irrespective of power, except punitive ones against marginalized peoples domestically and warfare abroad
