It’s so weird that the authors of the 14th amendment banned racial discrimination *and* insurrectionists holding high office. Almost as though those issues were somehow linked.

Important to remember that it's not that these 6 justices have a different method, it's that they're full of it. The 14th and 15th amendments were passed to ban racial discrimination, and they explicitly authorize the Voting Rights Act. All were intended to block racial discrimination in the South.

Frankly, ever veteran separated from service due to injuries incurred during active service should, at minimum, be guaranteed a house, not a home loan. My home loan guarantee isn't enough to buy a house, & I can't use it on prefab or mobile home or condo. Fuck me.
