Here is entirety of the Code's guidance on fundraising... it clearly allows a Justice's name to be used in fundraising campaigns. On top of that, it uses a standard that a Justice can comply with by claiming ignorance: "personally participate", "knowingly permit", "for that purpose"

I love how a16z just presumptively concludes that AI harvesting = "fair use" is "settled". This stuff literally didn't exist a year ago and content creators were *immediately* calling it theft, launching class-action lawsuits to protect their rights! How in the world could it be "settled"?!?!?
