Every buildable acre around me (except my family's acres) is being turned into either apartments or bedamned storage rentals.

It’s so sad! The woods next to us was just deforested for profit. Naked and raped and left piled with branch litter and debris. 🥺

Same. There's plenty of empty fields to build houses on. Less expensive to develop as well.

Oh that stuff chaps my hide! Nothing worse than your special spot suffering the dumb ideas of others. I have seen this several times... pulling up to a secret beach and finding a crowd and sometimes getting ready to fence others out.

I have a knack for finding great places to live, just before they lose their greatness to over-development. I need to find a great place that has no appeal to the rest of humanity😆

There is a high probability that where you are standing right now, a tree once stood in its place.

All the more reason we should conserve those that remain.
