I hope that it’s just a phase.
Like, I like Lego. We generally agree on politics, but I liked his accounting stories and when he talked about his roleplaying games and such.
Most of my mutuals here I like for other-than-politics reasons.
This is in fact how they get you.
I have a bunch of feeds I follow. I need to see how to integrate them into my main feed so I get more regular exposure to that stuff.
I’m kind of hoping for this outcome too.
It will be hard in an election year not to have people to share things with.
But I don’t think I’m willing to go to another platform.
the problem is, for me, without social media, I'm going to have even fewer folks to "talk" to, there will be long stretches were the only "talking" I do is work talking and I'm already worried being alone as much as I am is going to kill me
