My dad dropped out at 30 miles, not feeling well. My 13 yr old rode 70 miles in 95 degree heat…about 4x further than he’s ever ridden. A good day!

Thanks. He was a bit under the weather, and it was very hot. He made a good choice to call it a day early. He was doing better by the time we got back

Yeah, they're not for everybody. With my knees, though, I appreciate all the help I can get keeping my legs aligned on any ride over about ten miles. I accept the occasional (maybe once a year?) 0.5mph tumble when I can't unclip in time.
