Since Starlink provides satelites for Ukr. internet access, I think Musk is down with all the schemes and plans of the U.S. military/intelligence establishment, which gives him paychecks. Hardly pro-Putin. Yes, Musk is a bloviating, anti-labour idiot, sure. Like a typical American capitalist.
