The only difference between SCOTUS and Congress partisanship is the pretense of impartiality. I don't know why they even bother anymore. Nobody in the legal field seriously thinks judges are impartial. It's just some emperor has no clothes situation they all pretend is a thing for the public veneer.

The SCOTUS does not, it is the hordes of constitutionalism fuckers who revere norms and prefer mild-mannered despots that do.

It's about minority rule by a small subset of men who want to return us to the good old days of the 19th century.

It's not. Never was.

It is. When it fits them.
