Ehhh, it's still pretty hard to beat the court that shat out the Dred Scott decision. Although it does remain to be seen if the Roberts court will plunge us into a civil war

There's something to the argument that Dred Scott is worse than any decision under the Roberts court, but that, in the aggregate, Roberts is worse
