I'm glad there's someone - a judge - to stop what they were doing. I'm sad that they are trying to do it and very worried that the only thing that seems to stop them is the ability to go to court with a lawyer and a judge who saw through the charade and wouldn't close his eyes.

Is religious liberty playing any role in this litigation? I don't see it in the judge's order but that doesn't mean that isn't in the backdrop.
