For the past week I’ve been putting my phone down and reading for 2-3 hours before bed instead of scrolling on apps and I regret to inform everyone that it has actually helped me sleep more.
This has been a devastating development to my ADHD/PDA brain.

Not gonna lie, I'm slightly stressed out about tomorrow's Percy Jackson episode 7. Not that I'm not looking forward to it, but it being the penultimate episode, I'm torn between "Yay, new episode! 🤩" and "It's almost over! 😱"
I just don't want it to end.

Just got a Twitter ad for a book about a serial killing conservative who kidnaps woke college professors and debates them to death
