To Filter out A/I images, add before:2023 to your search
For images, you may need to use before:2022 to filter out the early a/i stuff.
Here's an image search example to filter for "white unicorn" images so you can see how that looks
To clarify: The search link and the method to create a new default search can't remove a/i from showing up in results somewhere - it's meant to remove that forced AI "answers" blurb that shows up at the top of every Google search now. This bypasses that so the search functions without that "feature"
