For a no A/I Google search, use this link; udm14.com You can also create a default Google search engine with this extension in your browser to automatically use when you search without needing the link: www.tomshardware.com/software/goo... To Filter out A/I images, add before:2023 to your search
We now have a website. udm14.com
&udm=14 | the enshittification Konami codeudm14.com A quick way to get an AI-free search without any extra work.

For images, you may need to use before:2022 to filter out the early a/i stuff. Here's an image search example to filter for "white unicorn" images so you can see how that looks

I hate ai so much. But I'm too lazy & computer (and phone, which I mainly use instead) incompetent to really do much to get it solved for myself.

To clarify: The search link and the method to create a new default search can't remove a/i from showing up in results somewhere - it's meant to remove that forced AI "answers" blurb that shows up at the top of every Google search now. This bypasses that so the search functions without that "feature"

Is there a way of doing this for Firefox? I sent seem to change the default

I think you can still use the link for Firefox, but I don't know how to create a filtered search unfortunately.

No worries. Just me doing my own desperate fixes

Someone posted this which may work for you? bsky.app/profile/equl...
this doesn't list a way to do this for desktop firefox, but it works with the same method: do this method in the image first, then follow instructions for chrome, using https://www.google.com/search?q=%s&udm=14 instead for the URL

Thanks, but I prefer to use other search engines for now.... despite having AI too, Ecosia seems much better

Is there a version of the extension for Firefox?
