Based on how far right the recent decisions have been, I am fully expecting presidential immunity for Trump to be handed down and delivered in a specific way that does not give Biden the same protection.

I’ve been expecting them to restate the policy/operations doctrine in such a way as to confirm their belief that policy is only things done by Republicans and Democrats only do operations.

(Does American law have the policy/operations doctrine? So many good sense ideas don’t exist here because of the way American lawyers and judges want to be a neo-civil-law system that I never really know.

Not familiar with that doctrine. I gotta look it up.

It’s a common law doctrine that says you can sue the government over the way it implements a policy, but you can’t sue it over the policy.
