So I guess if Biden orders up death squads now to kill his political opponents, that is now totally legal, since he can't be prosecuted for official acts. Something to think about.

No, because the Supreme Court have made themselves the arbiter of what is and is not an official act, so they could rule against a democratic president’s actions, and in favor of a Republican president’s actions.

I hate that man worse than Trump. I think he may be even more dangerous. Trump is an idiot who does what his billionaire donors & think-tank strategists want. He's never even read the constitution (or the bible)
