Comes down to this: We outnumber MAGAs by a lot but they're the ones who are motivated to get out and vote by whatever means, and have 1 candidate they are in lockstep behind. Our enemy right now is not them, but our own fragmentation. That's nothing new, but the urgency to be united, unprecedented.

We enabled a new Cloudflare feature on FA that automatically blocks AI bot scrapers. Hell, at one point Tiktok's parent company Bytedance once hit us with so many bots it knocked our site offline temporarily. Fuck AI. You are hurting independent sites, you hemorrhaging shitgibbons.

Contrary to popular belief, we didn't actually win our independence until September 3, 1783 with the Treaty of Paris, two years after the decisive victory at the Battle of Yorktown.

I'm still amazed how much the city of Pittsburgh makes a big event of Anthrocon. They absolutely love it and that's why I love that city and convention. I am sad I'm not attending this year but it's good to have a break now and then.

Which is harder? Fromsoft games or Monster Hunter?
