Psst: Project 2025 is terrifying for a lot of reasons but also because on page 5 it calls for teachers and librarians who grant access to books that are maligned as pornography (which just means anything LGBTQ) to be registered as sex offenders. Pass it on.

Plumping up the brush set before 7/15. I think I'm aiming for 16 Procreate brushes? Thicknthin has so many different personalities! I'm envious of artists who draw fine lines, but I want that variability as much as possible. All these are made with traditional marks I drew for other illustrations.

Couple more dogs with my Thicknthin brushes. How many brushes are the sweet spot for a brush pack? Also, I would love a job where I get to name things. This feels like I'm doing an adoption event haha

Four more brushes from my Thicknthin brush pack for Procreate, out 7/15. Again, each of these drawings use one brush to draw, erase, and smudge at different opacities. Some of them are more predictable than others, but sometimes a bit of unpredictability is nice, no?

Drawing some dogs with my upcoming Procreate brush set... meet some of the Thicknthin crew! Each of these are drawn/erased into/smudged with just one brush and a couple of opacities, as this set's meant to be versatile and variable. Surprisingly hard for me to do! Coming 7/15 ;)

I started my career reporting on how people were using the Internet in dictatorships, and if there's one BIG thing I learned from talking to a bunch of people who literally had served jail time for political blogging, it was "choose your battles wisely, and don't say dumb things in dumb places."

if there is one survival skill I would REALLY like everyone opposed to the fascist GOP to learn right now, it's "do not say things on the public internet that will provide authorities with useful pretenses for coming after you."
