really glad you pointed out her dissent -- it does a great job of showing how ridiculous immunity is. why even bother defending your actions if the laws don't apply?
The Supreme Court has also disqualified itself from being the final arbiter of anything. Having put a man above the law, there is now no law except that of the Putinesque mafia.
