one of the few good ai tools is the accessibility ones! the first one describes the image in a very detailed manner, so takes up to 30 seconds: astica.ai/vision/descr...

i do recommend writing it yourself like the others have said in the other replies, but it definitely can help to describe images if you've never done it!
