Are cherries on your #July4 menu? They come thanks to workers like Pablo who shared this pic from where he was harvesting cherries in Yakima WA. He works piece rate. This means he rushes to pick as many as possible while getting the quality growers require. #WeFeedYou

the absolute funniest shit about CNN being like "we can't fact check Trump its not what we do" is that after the Rice Truck Debacle incident with my family they were in my inbox(and those of others) running various fact checks and clarifications on that absolutely zero significance event for DAYS

Headcannon - Dasha’s song “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’)” is not about Austin, Texas but is, in fact, about Austin, Minnesota. First and foremost, Austin TX cannot be called a town. It is the capital city w/ a population of almost 1 million. In contrast, Austin, MN is absolutely a town, Pop. 26,208

Hey here's you're reminder: You're not too old to pick up a pen and learn to draw. You're not too old to learn an instrument. You're not too old to learn to sculpt, or write a book. You are not too old to create things.

Cobalt's initial goal was met within about 12 hours of being posted. The family updated on Friday to explain that, given the level of hate they're receiving due to public attention, they'll need to install home security, which is unexpected. New goal is $50k & we're already at $41k 🙏🏻🖤✨
Here is the link for contributing to Cobalt's family's medical expenses. Cobalt is a trans student from Hopkins (Minneapolis inner ring suburb) who was attacked at school 5/30/24. She required emergency care including dental work & facial reconstruction. gofund.me/12158e7e

Got my first two mosquito bites of the year - both on my left hand while on a mini-field trip with my students. How much does one get in worker’s comp for pain and suffering . . . Hypothetically, of course.
