Do those even exist? But really, given the domestic violence numbers for cops, it'd be nice to see this actually enforced to the letter.

Possibly it's only while actively under a restraining order, which is a much smaller chunk of folks, but it's better than I was expecting!

It's not perfect, but it helps.

Other countries send them out on their regular patrols.

As a gun owner, this is fine.

This us basic common sense and it was up for debate???? If someone has a history of being abusive and/or violent, they should not be allowed to be anywhere near a gun.

A country that has this many elementary school shooting probably shouldn’t be allowed near guns anyway.

For once the court made a good decision. But I still think the whole court should be overhauled.

As my daughter pithily remarked, SCOTUS were fine with it because they know no one enforces it anyway.

Honestly a nice surprise coming from what seems to be shit-show central.

The only reason this was Challenged is because the court is hopelessly corrupted by the gun nuts. Repeal the GQP “court,” expand it, and pack it with progressives aged maybe 35 or so.
