They are absolutely shitting themselves. A lot of solidarity is conditioned on Black woman, staying in a secondary (or, distant tertiary) role. Not leadership. They want us as the mammies to their movement.
Lots of responsibility being placed on Black women's shoulders (including post hoc) without the top-down power/control/authority that should go along with that responsibility.
