Yeah! Sometimes I get in those vicious circles where I’m too anxious to eat but not eating makes me more anxious. Then it’s a question of finding that one thing that I feel like eating and it’s often the first step to feeling better!
My husband and I call it “Finding my kebab” after that time I had an anxiety attack at the mall but as we walked past the food court, I suddenly wanted a kebab and felt much better after eating it. We joke that kebabs are the solution to anxiety!
I’m a crafter more than a cook, so I did hire a caterer but my dad and I did the decoration. Note that the venue was already a cool-looking building (all glass pavillon in a garden) so there wasn’t too much to do.
Tonight I tried to feed my cat her dinner in one big meal instead of the two small ones I’ve been giving her since her dental surgery 2 weeks ago. She didn’t understand that she had the same quantity and kept asking for more food for a hour before giving up! LOL
Also the sort of day that you’re drenched in sweat 5 minutes after stepping out of the shower. It’s not even that hot here, but daaaaamn that humidity!
My sister and I used to have a game where one of us would draw something then describe it to the other who would try to draw it too! Then we would compare! We didn’t realize I was training for alt text! Haha!
