i haven't watched it yet, but there's a video one of the cool autistic youtubers made that's a "what if autistic people wrote the diagnostic criteria for Allism" (pretty sure a few of them have, i just haven't dug through their channels for those specific vids yet. all great folks though!)

I think that they don't think their flaws as flaws. They see them as character traits, or common sense that other people are too stupid to understand.
