I was standing next to Scott Olsen in Oakland in 2011. Could have been me.

Any LE/Police who think that a "less lethal" round should possibly be a direct headshot should be immediately fired for gross misconduct. Instead between QI and the "thin blue line" it's not apparent that they suffered any consequences.
Linda Tirado did *nothing* wrong.
Heartbroken when I learned of her fragile state. I was following her work closely after the protests and her injury. She continued working with 1 eye, until her symptoms worsened. She has young kids and her injury is challenged by the MPD.
