Double Zeta Male - Finally breaks the protagonist cycle
Victory Male - Younger but horrible things happen to him
G Male - Can only express feelings through punching
Wing Male - Edgy but vapid with a troubled production history
00 Male - Must become the male
Seed Male - Just the fuckin worst
I started Gundam Wing. I didnt watch it as a kid (I remember all the commercial though) so I don't have any nostalgia for it, just what I know from all other Gundams I've watched.
Anyway so far it's hilariously edgy. The Shadow the Hedgehog of Gundam, truly. It's a blast

Finished G Gundam. I appreciate the way that it "remixed" many core Gundam tropes. Environmentalism, the question of How To Stop War, the bonds between people, the hand off to the next generation. It was all put into a much different setting and WORKED, and that was really impressive.
