It ain't just the Roberts court - reminds me of Bush v Gore, where, on the injunction ,the threat of a recount questioning GWBs legitimacy was held to outweigh the harm to Gore of not winning the presidency

I used to be confident in the fact that history will be a harsh judge of Roberts and the current Supreme Court. I'm less confident history will have a chance now.
