Reading some of last week's Marvel comics. I'm really digging the Blood Hunt event. I think a lot of people don't realize that Marvel fixed the way they do crossover events years ago. Most of the tie-ins are one-shots and miniseries'. The ongoings that are tie-ins all feel like they belong there.

Toronto's Pride festival happens right under my balcony and it's always a little sad when it's over, so it's nice that Summer Games Done Quick starts today.

Aww, man, Martin Mull died? His character on Roseanne is the first gay character I remember ever seeing.

I'm a firm believer in just using "queer" once the acronym passes four letters long.

Genuinely, I feel queer is a good broad term that has been reclaimed years ago. While I totally understand bristling at it - I genuinely dislike people dropping 🚬but I get that they have a different experience with the word than I did - queer works best for me.

Resubbed to FFXIV and I'm considering switching from a Hrothgar to a Hyur. I like the look of my Hrothgar but he's basically a large Kimahri and Hrothgar are second class citizens. I unlocked the Pictomancer job and I couldn't wear its hat. Why are they still making gear Hrothgar can't wear?
