Yup. If people block me, good, they are taking control of their Bluesky experience and removing an irritant, i.e., me. I don't need to know why they did it, and honestly I don't care, my need to be liked is not that strong anymore. Anyway, with 6M people here now, we'll both find people to hang with
I dont get why yall check blocks and mutelists. Theres enough psychic damage on the timeline i dont need to seek it out, who blocked me is between them and god
The only reason I worry about a block from an account like yours is because you also make announcements about new books or events. I’d hate to miss a chance to buy a signed copy of your next book over a misunderstanding.
I've rarely been blocked, but when it happens, I do like to try to figure out if it was me or them. I tend to have a sharp and sarcastic tongue but don't want to be *unnecessarily* or annoyingly so.
