InConJunction making sure I have the essentials at my signing table this morning At first glance I thought the bottom bottles were bottles of fountain pen ink. Was like “Holy crap, he’s signing a lot of books.” We do need to get Scalzi into fountain pens… I agree.
First pens... then the bespoke ink! I'd like to hear more about your new book Guest of Honor :) Nothing like a warm plastic bottle of Coke Zero. A five drink minimum, I see. Do you have a fancy rider stipulating certain kinds of waater, or Coke, or Sharpies? Water (normal) and water (delicious and fizzy), got your bases covered there Caffeine, water, and pens. All that is missing is chocolate. Wait I have more for you!!! Out of curiosity, do you choose/bring your pens/request certain pens? Or does the event just provide them? is that a three-fifths compromise? My first glance told me those were an injection needles and bottles of ? medication / pick-me-ups Looks like a trifecta:

Honoree With all due respect, the Coke should be replaced with more water or flavored water. That is what we humans (and cats) really need😀🐈 ✌️ As riders go, this is eminently reasonable. Can I have your liver since you're clearly not using it? Keeping you properly caffeinated for the win
