Honestly, I think it depends on the age and type of bumper sticker. As far as sanity goes, having 5 fun & non-political bumper stickers, of various ages, is not the same as having one brand new, (not so) vaguely threatening, pro-gun bumper sticker.

Doubly so if you have more than three generations of stick figures on your back window (includes pets)
