She's using so much solvent here that long drips are coursing through the color. When one thins oil paint with a lot of solvent, there may not be enough vehicle (oil) in the mixture to adhere the pigment to canvas when everything has dried/cured. The paint may easily rub off or even flake off.

Four years ago I was terrified, working from home as ambulance after ambulance passed my ground floor apartment. My job forced everyone to take a pay cut and I acquiesced because I need to pay rent. The situation was so bad that ANDREW CUOMO was the voice of reason.

Happy 4-year anniversary to the day everyone in NYC collectively lost their minds and became hermits for at least six months. I still look back at this time and can hardly believe I lived through it.
