I have spent most of my summers in the P'town/Truro area. The in-town section of Commercial St should have been made a pedestrian mall during high season years ago.

Confused by Boston Globe on Provincetown's insane proposal to ban bikes, ebikes & scooters **but not cars & trucks** from Commercial Street. It says "44 accidents, including 2 bike & pedestrian collisions, and 1 involving a skateboard & pedestrian." So ... 93% auto-auto crashes? Why not say that?

First Ghost Pipe of the season. Look under oak trees in damp areas. They tend to come back in the same general space. We haven't had more than a few drops of rain in months, but the incessant humidity was enough for them to emerge! 🌱

No swimming today as there are high levels of bacteria in the water. So, we walked the Joppa flats. Here are our summer visitors. A man who lives here puts them in the water every summer. The tourists get a good laugh! Good morning!
