The debate is a speed bump already in the rear view mirror. Seems to me the only folks still clambering for Biden to step aside are those who never wanted him in the first place and Republicans.
I agree we need to stay the course but he and his team need to not allow such a string of colossal fuck ups again. Keep potentially sick people away from him. If he gets sick anyway before a major public appearance, then say something before the appearance to set appropriate expectations. 1
2/ If he’s extremely sick then postpone the appearance. It would have been better to allow continued speculation about his cognitive health then to have him to actually appear in a weakened condition.
