back when i played Destiny all the time maybe 50% of my deaths were from miscalculated jumps or falling through some random piece of geometry that was borderline out of bounds and i became very familiar with the "Death by Misadventure" screen and the hilarity of someone being Bad at Platforming
It totally does. I've had a couple of IRL close calls that would have qualified, and it's a combo of 'this is gonna hurt, but not for long' and 'this'll make for an interesting obituary, or a good story'
