Yes!! I am hoping this will amplify the on going conversations about how “professional dress codes” often require Black women to straighten or relax their hair. Every company with that requirement should be held liable.

Thank you! I’ve been obsessed with this since 2022 when the study came out and how the states with the most Black people living there haven’t passed the CROWN Act yet.
