I love that #SHARP2024 gave one of its two conference keynotes to a graduate student researcher—for one, it gets fresher perspectives wider attention at the event & hopefully provokes new ideas for all but two, it usefully disrupts the typical conference hierarchies—more conferences should do this

I am reviewing this for an ALA publication and I get to tell universitylibraries to buy the book. Routledge should be ashamed of itself.

Extremely depressing experience reading a book by a Famous Linguist published by Routledge and found 10 typos just in the introduction. And the index is only 3 1/2 pages. I hate how editing is so spurned by publishers.
