200% jet fuel tax on any plane that holds more than 4 people that isn’t publicly selling seats. Target the private jet market, without placing too much of a burden on small or commercial aviation.

So when someone suggests impoverished people stop using their stoves, or stop using hot water, tell them to shut the fuck up and stop burdening and blaming poor people. Poor people don't own monstrous machines and factories and hoard and burn through resources in massive amounts.
