4 months is not really a punishment nor a prison term. He'll be just fine and will use that stay to further enrich himself. I've seen people have longer jail sentences for not paying parking tickets.

He also has more criminal trials coming up. Also: 4 months in prison is both a punishment and a prison term. Especially for thin skinned broflake white guys.

Considering he obstructed an investigation into a Coup attempt, delaying justice long enough for it to potentially happen again. He should have been shot, imo.
