⚒️🧪Greenland: From a 'marvelous geology' standpoint would you rather spend a few days in Nuuk or Ilulissat? Plan is to do 1-2 overpriced tourist tours and otherwise walk around. Also keep in mind that hotels are waaaay more pricy in Ilulissat. Will add a night in Kangerlussuaq 'cause I'm cheap 😅

🧪⚒️Dike swarm at Elizabeth Castle, St. Helier, Jersey. I'm a bit confused here. A coarse grained red granite is present in many locations on Jersey. This one is fine-grained, first photo shows two diorite dikes, and then there seems to be at least another later red granite here. Bit of a mess 😅
