The Air Force might have a little bit of heritage, but this isn't my culture.A big chunk of Air Force heritage is just "a dude drew a cat very poorly 80 years ago, so now it's our brand." Not to be a "lunk," but daintily setting down 400 lb is harder than picking it up. Psh forklifts do it all the time. You think you are better than a forklift, Wes!?!?!? @wrenispinkle.bsky.social @wyattswickedgoods.com this dude thinks he’s better than a forklift!!!! they call it lifting weights not setting down weights
much to think about Maybe skipping out on the "put them down" is why I don't look like this guy. Absolutely. Controlled return is where the trickiness comes in. Also I can’t lift 400 lbs, lol. Yes it is and it's also proof that you're a good person who does not drown puppies for fun. Don't drop the weight. But they're bouncy and on a rubber pad specifically made for that purpose. Sounds like not reporting your side gig in Beanie Baby arbitrage. I don't get why, isn't dropping the weight proper form for some techniques?
