Mom is not pressing charges if the lady pays back the $200 for the board. She has currently paid $75 according to the article. It was the kids birthday money.

Of course it was the black kid whose board she stole and threw in the water. 🤬 She is so damn lucky all those kids were so polite and mainly just tried to get away from her, because they certainly would’ve been justified if they’d fought back.
