A post-debate, New Hampshire poll by St. Anselm:
wmur.com/article/poll...
Trump up 44% to 42% over Biden.
(Biden led by 10% in their last poll, in December.)
54% of those who are aware of the debate say Trump won; 6% say Biden won.
Who are these people who see a choice between 2 administrations with many dramatically different views (women's rights, LGBTQ rights, religion in govt, infrastructure, etc,) and think "I'm cool either way, but the lying one had more energy, and I liked that."?
1) They aren't affected or don't think they are.
2) They mostly don't pay that much attention to politics.
3) They think everyone is exaggerating about dangers and it's just vibes.
etc.
Honestly? All the people going on about "bad choice vs worse choice".
I'm seeing a repeat of 2016 here with "Hahaha of course I don't support Trump" *spends all summer and fall talking about how bad the Democratic candidate is*.
